Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your deck. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in unused, original condition with all packaging included.
Digital downloads and subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed or activated.
2. Process
To start a return, email coachesondeck@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide next steps and a return shipping address.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it promptly at no additional cost.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
